As a general orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Hudson has a special interest in knee injuries and disorders, including the use of computer navigation to perform knee replacement surgery. Other services include hip replacement, knee and shoulder arthroscopic surgery, sports injuries, fractures, rotator cuff surgery, and carpal tunnel surgery.
A native of Texas born in Austin, he grew up in Goldthwaite, Texas. He attended Rice University and graduated from medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He then completed his internship and residency at John Peter Smith in Fort Worth.
Dr. Hudson practiced orthopedics for over 18 years in Fort Worth, Texas, before relocating to Lake Jackson, Texas. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the Texas Medical Association and the Texas Orthopedic Association.
